I’m a lifelong independent voter, my vote is courted every election. I care about: Gas prices Grocery prices Health insurance prices I don’t care about: A ballroom I attended 4th grade social studies, so I know politicians legally can’t bribe us. And if they could, my vote can’t be bought.

A little while back I made Firefox my default browser and DuckDuckGo my default search on my phone, going into their settings and disabling all AI features in both. The accuracy and ease I’ve had in searches has felt like a physical relief to my mind. It’s wild!
