On the way to Asheville’s Azalea Road dog park there is/was a stand of utility poles with assorted equipment - transformers, switches, etc - ten feet in the air. Clearly someone had been thinking ahead. Except of course they ended up under ten feet of water. Fat tails. They’ll get you every time.
