I’m in a fairly remote town. Maybe it’s a bit different in towns closer to large cities. When I lived in Calgary, it was different. But virtually everyone in my small town is a Trump supporting fundamentalist. Their “Christian” politicians have convinced them to hate immigrants and minorities.

If we keep electing her, we are showing her we support her, and give her the green light to do whatever she wants. I don’t understand how my fellow albertans don’t perceive the insane, rampant stupidity in this province. Smith is popular. We’re actually that dumb.

Yup. All the good parts of the bible justify their privilege and absolve themselves of guilt. All the bad parts of the bible give them the justification to hate and harm others. It’s more convenient than a system of laws or ethics, because it enables hypocrisy.

I don't really get what people mean when they talk about the New World Order. Obviously as time changes, so does the order of the world. Sometimes for the better, and sometimes for worse. I find it funny that people speak about the "New World Order" as if change isn't constant and important.

I wouldn’t say you’re nuts, but you are coming up with some pretty unlikely and elaborate explanations for everyday things. You could be right, but generally the simplest explanation is correct. All this could be explained with aliens, or psychic powers, or god, or magic, but it’s probably not.
