emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 15/12/2024She knows what they did to Pollux, he told her everything. And while she’s grateful for the opportunity they’ve presented her with, they better not come near him again. Consider that their only warning. @crudelis.bsky.social 100
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 15/12/2024Well, it’s not really her style; but she’s found a dress. @impendiovis.bsky.social 100
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 15/12/2024She’ll let him pick something out, she doesn’t want to disturb the way his wife left her things. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 15/12/2024Could she possibly borrow something of his wife’s so she can get home to get her own clothes? She’ll have it cleaned and returned just as it was. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 15/12/2024She will have to return to her flat, since he ruined the only clothing she brought with her. 000

emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 15/12/2024Well . . She’s expecting he won’t want to see her again, so she’ll fetch her cloak and be on her way. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“Emmeline. Emmeline Rosier. But my friends call me Emmy.” She responded as she met his eyes. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024She was well aware that his eyes lingered, and she smiled to herself when he looked away. “You know, you never even asked me my name.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024Frowning, she reached up and put a hand on his shoulder. Watching carefully for any reaction from his wife. “It wasn’t your fault, then. And she wouldn’t want you to be doing this to yourself. Or blaming yourself.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“If she’s telling you, then obviously she still knows what’s best for you.” She pointed out, as her eyes flickered up to the portrait and back to him. “Anyone knows death makes vows obsolete.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“Have you even been listening to me? I don’t want a loveless marriage or a purely physical relationship. I want to be in love, like I was with my fiancé before he was taken from me, and if you won’t open your heart to me . . I won’t settle for someone who hates me.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“I have money, and I make a substantial living selling my photographs in the muggle world. Money doesn’t matter to me.” She pointed out, before she stopped him. “I don’t want a business arrangement, or someone with an empty heart.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“If you aren’t even willing to consider opening yourself up to me, is there any point?” She asked out loud, she was used to voicing her opinions and thoughts with no consequence. But she retrieved her catalogue and stuffed it under her cloak before she took his arm. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024She’d never ever felt degraded by how she made a living, until now. And she hated it. It had her feeling sick to her stomach, and if she’d known it would go this way, she’d never have agreed, or listened to his son. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“That’s not the kind of marriage I want, I want to be accepted as I am, and that extends to how I support myself. If you can’t even pretend to take an interest, it’s never going to work.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“Well, my career comes with me. And I won’t be giving it up.” She responded seriously. “I lost my younger brother a few weeks ago, and my fiancé alongside him.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“No man has ever requested that I cover up.” She pointed out. Then she nodded in understanding. “I may be young, but I know loss.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“It was your son’s idea.” She snapped, fastening her cloak back around her neck and staring him down. “Name them.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“So you’re like the rest of them, you think because I’m a model that I can’t be intelligent?” She asked with an annoyed tone, then she stood back up and retrieved her cloak. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024Rolling her eyes, she opened the catalogue and shoved it into his hands. “He said you’d be stubborn. Just look before you make up your mind.” 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“You haven’t seen what I can do yet.” She pointed out, then she produced a catalogue of her best modelling photographs. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024He may believe so, but he was still a man. And it was her job to entertain men. Taking a bold step forward, she let her cloak fall to the floor and then she set herself down on his lap. 000
emmeline . @genusanima.bsky.social · 14/12/2024“He said you could use the company.” She responded with a nod, before she removed her cloak to reveal a bikini that left little to the imagination. 000
