Activity Path is one of our flagship features, and also one of our biggest pains: it’s not self-explanatory and it can be too confusing for people, which is .. not ideal. :) Here’s a way we feel could solve that issue. Any thoughts?

Standout Feature (if we say so) Showcasing how various members of our team use either of our two apps gives a hands-on idea of how to get the most out of what we create. Here's an example from our "Training zones and training focus: why intensity distribution matters" post.

How I Use it
My Training Focus changes with the seasons. In winter, I move on an indoor bike, with two interval sessions of one to one and a half hours a week, alongside strength work and running. It's my Pyramidal phase: indoor bike intervals target the anaerobic and high aerobic zones, while running keeps some low aerobic endurance.
The other eight months look different. I barely run, still lift twice a week, but spend far more time on the bike. Between family and work, my time is limited, so Threshold training builds fitness fastest for me. It's a fine line though, that much time in the anaerobic and high aerobic zones carries real risk, which is why my weekly gravel ride with my partner is the recovery I need.
Let me be honest: it's impossible for me to follow any of these three patterns perfectly, but staying close to the one I've chosen is good enough.

Revamping our website, and looking at this now... if someone said to us 5 years ago we'd be given *one* of those awards/titles, and get coverage in some of that media, we'd have signed in a second! It's been quite a journey so far.

many of which I wouldn't have done if it wasn't for the Gentler Streak activity path.

Working on bringing cardio fitness aka VO2max into the app! Here's the concept by the wonderful Sören Selleslagh (Yorhart's dad). As you can see it won't be a static one, but the better the cardio health, the bubblier the visual! 🫧🫧
