My wall clock needs the battery replaced since it’s stopped working. Yes I keep an analog clock instead of digital. It’s a small bit of pain to reach up to get the clock. Rather wait till the time change to do it.

Bird watching is crazy. You’ll spot the birds flying or sitting in the trees but won’t get them on binoculars. But I managed to spot two! The Northern Flicker and American Redstart (why called red when there is orange on it).

fml… placed a grocery order to pick up then get Chinese takeout. I drove to the grocery store and hung out a bit. Get ready to pull up but car won’t start. ARG I just spent $1500 on the other car on an ac compressor. Now the main car’s battery died. Waiting on AAA now. I’m thirsty.

Went to the state fair and they had an exhibition hall full of competitors with their geese, turkeys, chickens. And I just think Lan Wangji wanders in and starts scoping the chickens out, which ones are good enough for Wei Wuxian. He's bummed he missed the week when they exhibited the rabbits.

Having to take a migraine pill, when the last time was exactly three weeks ago. It feels like when I get the low tire pressure indicator on my car every few weeks. Which that shouldn't happen unless there's a problem with the tire or the sensor. So migraine pils, low pressure. Huh...

You know when you've gotten older when you know that taking any pain med requires food unless you want a very upset stomach. So you wake up in the middle of the night with a headache but you don't want to bother with getting up to eat a slice of bread until your alarm goes off. Adulthood.
