I had a heart attack in 2019, no major issues since then. I had my yearly cardiology follow up a few days ago, they’re pretty happy with my progress and won’t need to see them again for a year. They even adjusted my meds, taking me off some I’ve been on since 2019.

I’m getting my covid and flu shot today. There’s a long line, of which I’ll very gladly wait in line for. It makes me cry seeing such a turn out, that people are still taking this shit seriously. This reminds me of the time of when the first vaccines were distributed, the same feelings.

I haven’t brought it up here yet but I started therapy today. I’ll be going every Thurs, which means I’ll be in therapy next week on my Birthday 😄 Its been a rough road for me the last few years, but I’m happy to say my therapist seems to be a good fit, and I’m eager to go back.
