I'm familiar with the settings, and they are set to hide/label nothing. Nevertheless, much remains hidden - easy enough to see on the viewed post's comments, but on their replies one must notice that the reply number is not the zero shown. It's usually political speech, but sometimes just rude.

I suspected that nothing from that account will show up in any search, so I tried looking for something more specific: #AngieForAll

It's just one constellation of 7,800 satellites, each probably housing multiple interceptors, but maybe not.
