We are soooo lucky that the talented and inimitable @albabbgg.bsky.social provided illustrations for Diner. As #MTG players, we sometimes have to pinch ourselves that we can tell our pods "oh yeah, we know the illustrator of that card". #ScreenshotSaturday #indiegame #gamedev

Diner Directives are tasks given by the Bani Shamal Minister of Industry. Complete them and "Yay, rewards!" Miss your target and "Aww, penalties!" Running a Diner on a planet ruled by a mercantile republic comes with... challenges. #screenshotsaturday #pixelart #indiegame #gamedev #cozygaming

Feeling too lazy to design a cool ass dining hall? Just assemble one long chain of tables! Having a gap in the middle might be a good idea or your servers walk a hundred miles to get to the other side. Make sure you've got a well staffed kitchen! #screenshotsaturday #indiegame #indiedev #pixelart

Got a nice one for you this #screenshotsaturday - TRADER STALLS! We've implemented trader stalls from each faction. Building these stalls allows the player to manually request traders from factions, rather than waiting and wishing a trader decides to stop by. #pixelart #indiedev #indigame #gamedev

We stumbled on footage of an infuriating but funny bug from last year. After finishing a task, idle workers would walk all the way to the opposite end of the very large map. We believe it was the AI trying to escape the tortuous simulation it's been programmed into. #gamedev #indiegames #pixelart
