I learned High Line, to celebrate Dinosaur, is hosting a Pigeon Fest with pigeon-themed carnival games, a pigeon impersonation contest, talks with Argote and building bird-friendly cities, and workshops on birds and art in the city. I'm really excited for it. www.thehighline.org/pigeonfest/

I do have to say, I love the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Baugette Trailer (which I learned today exists) because it gives me this image, which is an incredible vibe and mood. Extremely relatable for me.

yesterday, I got banned from the kitchen while my sisters assembled a birthday cake for me. they were giggling the entire time. it was immediately apparent to me why they were because having a Cube-Shaped Cake set in front of me with flawed icing and mismatched candles was INCREDIBLE experience.

A cube-shaped cake. The icing doesn't fully cover the cake so that the layers are showing, and an layer of chocolate icing on the top dribbles off the sides. The candles are mismatched: a numeral 3 and a small straight candle to represent 1.

I've been rolling awful in my D&D game, and since I have only six sets of dice, I kept running out of dice to swap in. So I bought two silicon sets this weekend. I enjoy the way they bounce around. Really adds drama and length to the roll. Definitely gonna bounce out of my box and off the table.

Two sets of silicon polyhedral dice. One is mint green with gold numbering. The other is pink and blue with unpainted numbers.

now that I'm finally home, I got the time to take a picture of what I got at PAXU You might notice six of them are solo RPGs. I was mostly looking angled toward a project I hope I'll finally make good on. Fingers crossed on that.
