To some extent, yes. It's even harder to sit with the discomfort of just how pro-nazi the USA was in the 1930s, and where Hitler's idea about racial purity came from. Half of America was pro Slavery, half was pro Monarchy, and half are pro Nazi. And MOST of that half is silent in their support.

I have used this exact same model for over a decade and they are absolutely fantastic as a 2 channel stereo speaker setup for PC or AUX input. No subwoofer might be an issue for some, but the low range on these is pretty impressive for a bookshelf size speaker.

It can be tricky to give concrete recommendations on audio fidelity since quality is subjective, and difficult for both the customer and the retailer to articulate in words. But, speakers have the most longevity of any PC component aside from the case itself. They are a long-term investment. 👍

Not sure what this article is about but it seems unusual to me that so many people are unfamiliar with commercial food prep. With a few exceptions, hotels are not considered fine dining. Microwaves and pre-processed bags of raw ingredients are just how things are done in 98-99% of restaurants.

Excellent points. It would be really useful to be able to quickly distinguish between algorithms that were trained on "publicly available data" aka stolen content, and which were not. I would never expect OpenAI, Nvidia, or Microsoft to help make this distinction. Epic and Valve certainly can.

Anyways... Amazing comic, solid joke, no complaints or criticisms intended from my small textwall. I see this as a really nuanced issue, one that is difficult to solve but that we should all have a better understanding of. Cheers!

It's easy for Valve to take a hard stance on AI in game development - Valve doesn't make money from game development. The question is whether Valve's "hard stance" on AI actually makes sense. I would argue that while it is preferable to a system with no AI label at all, the current label is flawed.

As someone who is generally opposed to the current use-cases for "AI", I think that it's important to understand that Epic/Sweeney are less opposed to having to label their own games as "contains AI" and more opposed to the fact that the Steam label is so opaque that it may include all UE6 games.
