He guesses it's, indeed, decided now. Yichen will have to repay the jester, somehow.

He can't help worrying a little ... But he definitely wouldn't be sad if something happened to Master Zhao Fu. And he's sure the other Geji feel the same way.

... What's the jester going to do ? 💧 What if they trace the crime back to Yichen ? He doesn't want to be arrested !

Other ... ways ? 💧 Yichen is a little scared, but the jester can find Master Zhao Fu in his establishment in the entertainment district.

Yichen doubts Master Zhao Fu would even agree to see the jester ... He thinks himself better than everyone else and definitely better than performers. He sees Yichen and the other Geji as pretty playthings. Nothing more.

Well ... Yichen is a pacifist, more or less. But he does wish he was free from his Master's clutches. Unfortunately, he was sold to that awful man when he was younger and he was put to work as soon as he could legally entertain other men. To free himself, someone else must purchase him. +

Yichen sat across from the man, after wrapping a spare blanket around his shoulders. " It's probably a seasonal bug. Some tea and a little rest and I bet you'll be fine. " he smiled lightly. " I can also ask Dr. Baizhu for a remedy, if tea doesn't do the trick. "

Ah, yes. That too. Unfortunately, Yichen has to comply often because those men pay a pretty penny, that Yichen's Mora hungry Master would never refuse. What a headache ...

Well, Yichen partially understands. He doesn't like fans flocking to him either. Mostly because they're usually wealthy buffoons who want to bed him.

Yichen was an acquaintance of the legendary traveller. If they could fall from the sky and land in Teyvat, other people could likely do the same. And this seemed to be the only reasonable explanation in this case. " What's your name, Miss ? I'm Yichen. I'm sure we can figure out some +

" Which nation, Miss ? Your clothing is ... unfamiliar. " She wasn't dressed as a Fontainian or a Natlanese. Neither like a Mondstadtian, Sumerian, or Snezhnayan. A thought occurred to Yichen. " Are you a Descender who came from across the stars ? "

Yichen recognised her actions as anxiety, which he often suffered from as well. He didn't go any closer, not wanting to spook her anymore than she already was. Instead, he raised his hands in surrender, his fan clutched in his fist. " This is Liyue Harbour. " he explained. +

Yichen's brows furrowed. She seemed distress and he was a people pleaser. Always willing to help, if he could. Showing a foreigner the right way to their destination was hardly a bother. If anything, it would give him something to do with his free time. " Are you sure ? +

It felt like Dottore had him cornered. He'd read the Geji's intentions like an open book, which made Yichen embarrassed. Truthfully, he had approached the Harbinger because his Master had ordered him to make connections. And out of all the guests, Dottore seemed like the one person +

Yichen had his doubts about this conversation. He knew all too well, that he was walking straight in the lion's den ——— or rather, Dottore's den. But his curiosity had gotten the better of him. It was a rare occasion that he had the chance to discuss with an intellectual. +

Pleasing men was Yichen's specialty. It was his job, after all. Surely, Dottore wasn't that different in that regard. " Certainly, Master Harbinger. " he said politely and flagged down a waiter, so Yichen could grab two glasses of champagne. He offered one to the scientist. +

Yichen glanced at the rest of the guests, thinking up of something interesting to say, but nothing came to mind. As intelligent as the Geji was, he was nowhere near the intellectual Dottore was. Frankly, he had only ever been schooled because Geji had to be literate. They wrote and read poetry, +

He's not sure about trust, but Yichen does find this doctor very interesting. It's most likely the mysterious aura, paired with intellect.
