It's fortunate for Miyoi that she's fairly resistant to poisons, but that doesn't keep her from feeling the miasmas effects. So, when bounding over the water's surface she pops a boil in the waters surface, she's knocked over made to fall against one of the few nearby trees.

Miyoi skips across the surface of the swamp, bouncing off of little pads made of mist that sat on the surface of the water. She moves quickly, elegantly avoiding the obstacles of the swamp while bounding over the swamp.
