Well looky here. I thought this was another Downy Woodpecker, but no. Turns out this is a new lifer for me. This is the Hairy Woodpecker. The tell seems to be looking at the beak, if it's as long as the head it's hairy. Half the length of the head, downy. #Birds #Woodpeckers #BirdingPhotography
