I love the new windows on my house. It makes the outside noise so much quieter. My neighbor's annoying as dogs are non-stop barking. I can hear them but it's significantly quieter.

Okay happy pup today. I slept with a diaper on and had no issues. Achievement on my end. I've been padded since. I mowed the lawn and did some other yard work still padded. Needless to say I'm an absolutely soaked doggie who needs a baf and then right back in diapers.

Puppers is being health conscious. I bought health foods today and I'm cooking it now for meal prep. Chicken stir fry. Vegetables include broccoli, mushrooms, red and orange peppers, carrots, and a metric ton of garlic.

I'm a happy doggo. My roof on the house and garage is getting done this Friday. What a roller coaster to get this setup. I really appreciate my raccoon for helping to get our house squared away. The window guy comes tomorrow morning for measurements. Next week will be the gutters on the house.

Very much an interesting morning. I'm under a shelter in place. My neighbor across the street is dumb. Him and his girl were arguing all night now. Woke me up at 8am with the screaming. Cops showed up, threats took place, taser deployed, and now a standoff.

It cheers me up when people get so interested in my weather hobby. Thanks to the waitress at the diner for getting interested and hearing my spew. I didn't expect most of the friend group to point me out after our waitress mentioned the weather. I'm happy friends came over. Miss them already.

I know my living room looks a bit of a mess but today I finally took down the puke brown ugly ass curtains the previous owner left. I have these light brown curtains I put up that I stole from my bedroom. It lightens up the living room now.

Yep my stress levels kind of went up today. Got my taxes done. Not really happy about the outcome. I have to pay into the city now. Not happy. I can barely afford to pay my student loans and I'm lucky to be in forbearance. Yet I have to get a new roof. Here we go living the American dream.

Now today Fitbit tells me the exact opposite. I'm noticing a trend with it. When I sleep great and feel absolutely recovered the app tells me to get my cardio load up. Welp, challenge accepted. It's gonna be stairs at work with my walks today. Yes, I feel amazing today. Better than yesterday.

I find it funny my Fitbit app is telling me to take it easy. I'm sorry but I can't. I'm happy to be getting a 10k+ step count each day. I'll relax over the weekend though. I don't have to work OT (thank God) so I'm gonna do things around the house.

I'm proud of my well power. Co-workers asked me if I wanted to get Jets with them. I resisted. Last time I had pizza I was miserable for three days. I don't want that again. However, if I did buy some pizza I know exactly who to give it too. He knows who he is hehehehe. He could have it all. 😉🤭

Just had my three month follow up with my doctor. Blood pressure was 120/73 the best it has been in a while and weight was 283. Technically 280 since I was dressed. My doctor is insanely impressed with me. I'm also very happy.

Returning to work I guess was needed. Felt off this morning and now that I'm at work I'm feeling better. Just did some laps walking around the building. Got to vibe to my music. Also, I'm down 35lbs in total now. Scale this morning said 280. I have my 5 month checkup with my doctor tomorrow.

Puppy brain triggered again today. Too bad I still have to be an adult. My confidence to be a 24/7 padded puppy keeps getting triggered. My weight loss is the cause. The weight loss journey has been amazing. In October 2025 I was 315 pounds. Today I'm 287. 28 pound lost in 2 and half months.
