Limited myself to one entry per author, had to fight my absolutely *abysmal* memory, and have almost certainly forgotten something foundational to my entire self, but rather than waste a year overthinking it here's what I've got:
A 3x3 grid of books. From left-to-right, top-to-bottom, they are:
Digger by Ursula Vernon
Secrets of Dorley Hall by Alyson Greaves
A Little Vice by Erin E. Elkin
How to Lie With Statistics by Darrell Huff
Night Watch by Terry Pratchett
Unlimited Combat Dolls by Kay F. Atkinson
Harrow the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir
The Design of Everyday Things by Don Norman
Three Men in a Boat by Jerome K. Jerome

For example, at one point Ran wonders if a strange event people are talking about might have been caused by Mr. Blood-Sculptor, before dismissing the idea. What is Mr. Blood-Sculptor? Well, the notebooks says:
A notebook with the text: "Mr. Blood-Sculptor is a black-haired Maine Coon housecat with scarlet eyes. Its vocal cords are standard for feline organisms, and thus it cannot produce human speech. However, it is capable of understanding spoken Punjabi, which has allowed it to enter into a cooperative arrangement with Ran Ibuki.

The Blood-Sculptor is capable of sculpting blood into any and all forms of animal biological tissue, without regard for the nature of the blood (i.e. it can create any species' tissues out of any species' blood) so long as it has sufficient understanding of the species and tissues involved.

After Ran bough the Blood-Sculptor thirty-six bags of PR-brand frozen catfood and engaged in constant petting of the Blood Sculptor's head and stomach for three hours each day for eighteen consecutive days, the Blood-Sculptor agreed to use ten gallons of whale blood to create a serpentine creature bearing features from many different organisms. (The exact nature of this creature has been forgotten due to Ran's memory loss.)

The sculpted creature flew into the sky after two hours passed, and disappeared.

They've arrived! (OK, cheating slightly, I bought Welcome to Dorley Hall a bit previously)
A picture of four paperback books on a table. Clockwise from the top right: A Little Vice by Erin E. Elkin, All The Way by Alyson Greaves, How to Fly by Alyson Greaves, and Welcome to Dorley Hall by Alyson Greaves
