Walked into my sister's workplace this morning and they couldn't open a security shutter and four had tried. Asked to try and open it and pushed it slightly forward and down and unlocked it in one go.

Been doing sessions with a Psychologist for PTSD and anger management . Today's been a bit of a hard day bringing back memories of hurry up and wait. Hurry up is responding under lights and sirens and then wait around for up to six hours till it's cleared to return to station .

Seems very similar except the frame with title and painters name is not there .Both done 1883-4 .

Came across this art school painting but the frame covers any signature and date . Saw where one went for ten pounds and another sold for $750 USD .Not sure I want to spend $44 AUD at a tip shop in the hope it's worth a lot more .

Between anger management issues and depression lately I've been needing to use different techniques to try to get it under control . Been transferring leaves on a stream . Mindfulness breathing and the sounds of the Ocean at night from my old phone to the new phone.

Still surprises me that people try to run dating scams in an age where you can check everything. I look at light switches power point and then check photos in a search .power points and light switches give away country and so do taps over sinks . Photo search gives away the site the photos came from

Funny memory linked to these firefighting boots .Blacking out the edge of a vegetation fire when a buried stump collapsed one foot inside it the other under me .I had to put the hose inside the stump to create steam . I couldn't get myself out so a friend had to help me out . Miss the path not taken
