The overtime threshold was supposed to increase to $58,600 on January 1, 2025. Biden was forcing employers to pay overtime to salaried workers who earn up to $58,600/yr A Trump appointed federal judge just blocked it! If you make $34,000 a year the government says you make enough money 🙃
