Really fun game. MSU had ZERO penalties and they each had two actual drives in the 1st half. 5 TDs for VSU's Alfonso Franklin but it was arguably a 62-yard punt to the 4 that ended Minnesota State. Everybody knew it was a game-changer and the crowd ooh-ed as it came off his foot.

There's a private school up there - Rabun Gap-Nacoochee - that costs a boatload of money and gets otherwise ineligible transfers. They're so far up in the mountains they play in a *North Carolina* high school association.

Judging by the logos, the inclusion of Washington & Lee, the lack of Rocky Top, I'd assumed this was Tennessee's band playing HBCU fight songs on a 1950s album. To my shock, Discogs said this album is from 1977. So ... I'm off and nobody is holding on to segregation at this point.
