I saw a screening of The Odyssey today. I won't go into the film here/now, but I will say this: the people who are commenting based on things they saw in the trailer have no idea what they're talking about. I've pointed this out to a few of them... but it's pointless. They just keep on talking.

It wasn't a pamphlet. It was a single sheet (both sides) with definitions of what a stillsuit was and who the Bene Gesserit were. I didn't keep mine from back in the day, but can confirm a ticket came with a "cheat sheet" as it were....

Perfecting my homebrew "coffee liqueur" or whatever you Kahlua it. Equal parts cold brewed coffee, sugar & rum came out a little too sweet. Need to spike it with a bit more coffee and/or rum, I think. Espresso or an even stronger coffee might be good. I have brandy too... could give that a whirl.

Potato leek soup I read a recipe that suggested coconut milk instead of cream for potato leek soup and went for it. Freaking amazing. Pro tip: reserve a bit of the coconut milk to swirl on top under your garnish of wedge cut potato fries and chives.
