This was a quick little break from Voidwalker for me. I’d been so single-minded for the past few months, I was starting to burn out a bit. Taking even a day to keep some semblance of my usual spark for art was incredibly helpful. #orc #leap #illustration #fantasyart #jeans

A new illustration for Roon & The White Raven. I decided late last year that I was going to self publish this novel instead of looking for a publisher. All I need to do is finish the illustrations and put it all together. Kickstarter coming later this year! #illustrator #author #fantasy

2024 has been a good year for creativity. First children’s book published with Tractor Squad. Jumping back into comics with Voidwalker, and teaching my character design course on Wizardly Wonders. I think 2025 is gonna be loud. Let’s alll make some noise! Here’s a new piece from Voidwalker #2025

A group of fantasy adventures including a large dragon, an elf boy, a small wood troll, and a fairy backlit against an orange sunset.

From my class on Wizardly Wonders: Designing Characters With Story. This week we talked about my process for coloring characters, so I chose my new character, Orla, as the subject of the class this week. This is a ten-week free course on our discord server!

A white dragon wrapped around a tall rock plinth with small birds flying around him.

Homemade baked goods: two garlic cheese breads, a pumpkin pie lined with cinnamon leaves, and a pumpkin cheesecake.

Hi new peeps! Burned out artist here, been on a breather for the past year to recover my creative mojo after years of low pay work and now AI... Anyway here's stuff I have made, I hope you like it!

Mermaid embracing and kissing a man underwater with green and blue background

The American suffragette Susan B Anthony sits at a writing desk with sunflowers behind her.

2 figures stand in a forrested glade. The man represents Autumn and the woman represents Spring. They look at each other holding each other's left hand while the woman holds up a gold coin. Behind them stands a bearded older man with arms raised. There are 9 gold coins floating in the air above them. This is the 10 of Coins tarot card.

A medieval lady stands holding a sword in the entrance to a forest with open space behind her. This is drawn in black and white.

Something unrelated to my graphic novel. I’ve done a lot of work for fantasy games both video and ttrpg. Sometimes when teaching and demoing, those rough ideas lead to something I had t even considered. This started as a portrait demo and became a dragon tamer.
