Morning! I had a work trip to Cornwall last week, so decided to go and check out the famous poppy fields of Pentire Head. The poppies themselves weren't quite at their best (probably another week or so), but it was worth the visit just for the amazing sunset sky! #Poppies

Morning. Finally on my week of spring colours, another ICM shot from Blackbury Camp. I know ICM photos are a bit 'Martmite' but I rather like the impressionist look, and it's a great thing to do when the light is too bright and harsh for normal landscapes. What do you think? Are you a fan? #icm

Morning! Next in last week’s cloudy‑day series, something a bit different. I spotted this cormorant on a metal post and wanted the sea silky but the bird sharp, so I shot one long exposure for the water and a fast one to freeze the bird, then blended them in post. #minimallandscape

After a month of rain & ill health, I finally made it out with the camera last wk and headed to West Bay for some daytime long exposure. Cloudy, bright conditions were ideal for a clean, minimalist look. This is a 2‑min exposure, smoothing the sea & turning the wave line into a stronger leading line
