In solidarity with all my friends who are boycotting all US businesses tomorrow, Friday February 28, I will refrain from buying anything, using credit cards, and using social media.

These one day blackouts drive people to buy more the day before and the day after. While I love the spirit of it, the reality is that it does not do much. We need to do what the French do when the government wants to raise retirement age, take to the streets until the government caves.

Buy local, pay cash. Take all your money out of banks and put it in Credit Unions. Boycott Amazon, Walmart, Nestle's Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Hobby Lobby, etc. 24/7/365, not just for three days. Want them to notice? Start voting with our wallets now.
