Until I began writing books, I didn't really know how meaningful reviews are to a book finding its audience. But it's a huge part of it all & it takes a village. So big thanks to all who've read/are reading "Canine Custody," and if you can drop a review when you're done--you're awesome! #BookSky 💙📚

Preview screening last night in LA of Jesse Eisenberg's "The Debut," a really special, often hilariously funny movie about community theatre--and lots more. Julianne Moore is amazing & Paul Giamatti is a close second. Great Q&A after with Eisenberg. Look for this one in December--and at Oscar time.

"The Pitt" season two finale was not only an hour of great television but reconfirms the series as one of the best written, acted and produced dramas in line with "The Sopranos," "Mad Men," "Breaking Bad" and "Six Feet Under." It's sometimes a tough watch, but so worth the effort.

Excellent finale to HBO Max's "DTF St. Louis." Kudos to the superb cast & creator Steven Conrad for 7 great episodes, so unique, twisty and bold. Above the mystery and the sexual component, a profound portrayal of male friendship unlike any I've seen. Won't be for everyone, but highly recommend.
