I was watching an IGN video from a few years ago with gameplay programmers from Half Life 2 reacting to a speedrun. It's incredibly entertaining. I hope there's more of this type of content of devs reacting to busted speedruns.

Finished STALKER 2 last night. Even with the couple or issues I had, it kept me absolutely hooked for almost 70 hours and that was with a focus on the main story with some side quest content. It's just huge. Will replay again in the future after a couple more patches or DLC if they do it.

Yeah the AI stuff is kinda crazy. They see you from miles away and have laser aim. NPCs do barely any damage to mutants. I've seen a squad of 5-10 guys go against a mutant and get slaughtered. The controller stick drift is annoying at times but turning on the full aim assist helps a bit.

Well the story/writing/characters are as Kojima as ever. There's a lot of MGS DNA in there, especially 5 but it's got its own thing going on too. Worth checking out IMO. I slept on it for a while and an impulse buy drastically changed my perception of it.
