Two weeks ago, I was on a review panel for the German Research Foundation’s “Clusters of Excellence” program. After all their reviewing ends, in May 2025, they will give 70 universities around 4 billion euros. Meanwhile here in my country, we’ll have a regime busy eliminating Education. Winning.
