• 25 Dec 2016 • “Shimmering snow fall from tree branches” • Idyllwild, CA. I tried finding a single word to describe this but I couldn’t, a ‘Nordic’ word “Upplega” describes snow built up on tree branches, and “Komorebi” is a Japanese word that describes sunlight filtering through tree canopy.
