Okay, which one of you sickos managed to somehow install this 26+ only beta on an iOS 15 iPhone SE??

I'm sad my kids don't have an awful double-exposure Sears portrait to follow them around for the rest of their lives like I do.

Think about how many collective millions of dollars in time and effort have been spent by developers and designers to try to adopt Liquid Glass in the past year, only to have Apple start to walk it back on the very first minor release since launch. This is an admission, and embarrassing.

"Business expert" "money President" who "knows what he's doing" and can "make deals" really doing a bang-up job, especially if the goal is to ruin the economy faster than any President in history. This isn't even nearly the worst thing about this dipshit, but it's impressively stupid and disastrous.

Me, this morning, only 3/4 of the way through the first of four holes.

An Airplane meme of Captain Oveur talking, with the caption “You ever try to hammerdrill 3-inch deep holes into concrete, Joey?”

There are few things better than ending the day sitting in a comfortable chair, with warm dim lighting and white noise, editing and posting photos. Here are a few recent shots. The rest at glass.photo/garrett

My kids made some cards for me today to celebrate Karbon's 15-year anniversary. They're both sweet but also unhinged, which is pretty perfect for the occasion.

Thank you for the straight-to-my-wrist morale boost this evening, Connect app. 🙄

Apple is featuring Breathable in several spots in the Mac App Store ("Best New Apps and Updates" and "Try These Mac Favorites"). Thanks for all the support and reshares and kind messages, everyone! Free or not, I've never had an app hit #1 in its category on the Mac App Store before. 🤯

Someone in our neighborhood converted their breakfast nook into The Driving Crooner and now I must meet them and become friends with them.

Starting to feel like more work than it's worth, but currently trying every popular podcast app to see if there's a better fit for me. Becoming clear to me that what I don't like about the UI in Overcast and Castro pales in comparison to how poorly other apps handle just literally PLAYING AUDIO.

It has been 8 years since I shot with the original Leica Q, so finally receiving the Q3 43 was very exciting. Really missed Leica glass. Took it out for a spin over the weekend.

This kind of notification is annoying and pointless (tapping it just opens the app with no additional UI or activity). There's no reason for me to ever open the app—I pay a monthly fee for call filtering regardless—so this is just abusive, stupid noise. Makes me want to cancel the service for spite.

Screenshot of a notification from Verizon Call Filter begging me to just open the app for no reason. Awful.

Some recent photos of Jessie, who is now entering her teenager phase. Mostly sweet, occasionally insanely stubborn and frustrating.

Finally getting over the pneumonia I've been fighting the past few weeks, and the injured rib from all the coughing. Today I was able to work a full day and feel useful. Of course nothing beats ending the day in an oversized heavy robe with a perfect little cat friend like Foxer on your shoulder.

Photo of me in a robe and my bestest kitty Foxer sitting on my shoulder in our dimly-lit bedroom tonight.

We did our civic duty over the weekend, and I couldn’t be more proud voting for Harris and Walz. I’ve now voted against Trump 3 times. To be clear, it’s not just that Harris isn’t Trump—Kamala Harris is a fantastic candidate who will have a real, meaningful impact on this country. I’m very excited.
