Love this, Brad! I’ve found by working on a few projects simultaneously, I get myself over that act 2 hump where I begin to lose faith in the project & question my ability. At least, that’s how I justify it to myself. It’s nothing to do with me not being able to decide where to focus. Honest.

Received some great news today. I entered Birdie Pictures/Matriarch Productions’ Grass Routes script comp last December, & assumed my application hadn’t gotten anywhere. Just heard that I’m through to the next round of reading – top 20% of entries. Happy with that!

Can honestly say I’m more than a little staggered by the festival response to my feature script ‘A Drawer Full of Socks and NOT a Single Pair’. This makes it 4 competition wins & finalist in another. Thanks to everyone on the panel at Chicago Script Awards for deeming me worthy of winning.
