iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I looked up but did not engage...you have no idea the depths of ~thoughts and feelings~ the local queer community has towards that very specific niche demographic. There's way more to what this person is doing, but basically, yeah, lack of respect, you're right.

It is an entire thing where I live...although sometimes the gov tries to block initiatives they really don't want from going on the ballot until it's too late, so then you have to sue, and other times the state supreme court will toss out the results, usually because "the voters didn't understand"

"Amazing experience" JD...where were you on 9/11? 😬

This is basically against OSHA rules, except OSHA doesn't apply to athletics.

OSHA table showing required breaks for outdoor work in elevated temps. In 106 heat, at light work, breaks are 45/15 (work 45 minutes, break 15 minutes), moderate work, 20/40, and heavy work is caution - "the risk for heat injury is high in this situation." There are no instructions for 130; the table does not go that high.

How did the USA become authoritarian? Two ways: Gradually and then suddenly.

Yeah. He's kind of famous for discovering racism when it happened to his family but still isn't sure if he believes it exists. Good for Bouie for calling him on it.

5 Red Herrings would like a word. (I know, Scottish, not Yorkshire. But I suspect people wouldn't mind the Yorkshire.)

It's grammatically useful. Why don't y'all care about your grammar making logical sense?

The risk to the average person of dying of measles is low because most people are still vaccinated. The problem with measles is that you can recover from the acute illness and still die from measles years later. And any preventable deaths are not reassuring.

We don't have the right type of indoor heating here to make this work, but if they're going to insist on these things, finding a way to use the hot water seems logical. (Could the hot water be used for a power plant or is it not that hot? Cause then they'd make their own electricity.)

Dolly gave $1 million of her money to create the COVID vaccinè. And was videotaped receiving the first shot. Humanitarian. A great soul.. RIP Dolly 👇♥️💕

He fell out a window. It was partly closed. It had a screen. He went through the screen. Our other cat sat by the broken screen and stayed inside. My partner has a permanent dent on his leg from said cat. He has torn up a quilt that was given to me by my grandma. Some cats are stupid & mean.

Some cats are mean. I have a cat that bites feet and swipes faces and has stalked my head. The cat got stuck after stalking my head and taking some swipes. I had to rescue it. This cat is very stupid. He picks fights with outdoor cats twice his size. (It is impossible to keep him inside.)

When you vaccinate against Mumps, rubella and Measles in one, MMR, vaccine but decide to give them as individual injections ..... then .... Ah, never mind. Numbers above 1 are difficult to handle.

It isn't always clear how to do so. I'm trying to avoid the big corporate landlords now. There was even weirder things you had to agree to. (They could break your window to come inside your apartment, etc). This is a very weird country.

000

We are very weird about this here. I have signed (seemingly mandatory) photo useage consent paperwork for apartments and community gardens. And yeah, sometimes there are kids photos that get used.

Sounds very very Seattle billionaire.

(TBC, this is not an accusation to everyone here who is anti-AI.)

000

What if I don't trust some of these internet tutorials anymore because how do I know you did due diligence and double-checked everything that your AI says it used as a source?

100

What if I think it's very weird people lose their "voice" and everyone starts sounding the same. What if the perfect framework that everyone is writing in is a bit triggering because it's reminiscent of the style that the preachers of my childhood used.

A wise man once told me to buy extra bits & pieces because I'd use them anyways and get done sooner.

*Covid* is bad for pregnant people and their pregnancies. Not the vax.

I hoping this flu mRNA vaccine gets broader approval. 🤞

000

The EO where we're doing this on vibes and don't even know what MMR stands for.

If you don't know what all three components of the MMR are...yes, you can have your feelings, but *they are not expert opinion* At all. Ever. (Please, America?)

I was giving a disabled AoG family member rides to his church at that time. Pretty sure god has told more than a few people to vote for 45/47. Maybe it's my migraine talking, but who is funding this person's campaign? (If you say AIPAC please explain how that matters in this election.)

000

I'm really skeptical about this new "more people of faith on the left" thing because I think it's just that the Overton window has shifted because "I'm making this political decision because god spoke / did not speak directly to me" is very reminiscent of how 45 got elected.

Y'all are the best. I found out that my kitchen faucet was recalled for lead & other hazards because of you. We rent so no dice, but we now have a Zero Water filter.

000

The new ones try to not shrink your stuff. If you have a mixed load and need to wear your clothes ASAP, just press go again. It probably stopped early the first time anyways. And it'll stop early the second time but it'll be dry. The old ones everything was very dry & very small.

020

But what if I'm feeling low and need a pick me up?

May you find a friend who only wants to eat the frosting.
