#365DaysofVGM BONUS ROUND Day 614: "Regal Ancestor Spirit" - Elden Ring #eldenring www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiv5... Winner of "least Souls sounding song" goes to this absolutely incredible piece. It's one of the most haunting, beautiful tracks in gaming. Absolutely stunning. More of this please?

And with this post... I'm formally ending the series, kinda. I've run dry on my list, but I'm still gaming! When I discover a new banger, expect a post; it just won't be every day. Thank you all for joining me on this journey, and I hope you discovered a new favorite through my silly little posts.

...this was one of them. A simple loop, but this track is definitely one of those old school kinda chiptune tracks that feels right at home with the classics. The levels it played in weren't my favorite, but it was hella catchy.

While it probably doesn't mean much coming from me, this track by 2 Mello is easily one of the highlights of the soundtrack; it's as good as any of the tracks Hideki Naganuma made for Bomb Rush. It's so smooth and jazzy; it's a perfect vibe.

I'd barely get past the first few notes before they were dead. Which is a shame because this theme is simultaneously very imposing and also very funny. It's got that tuba that screams "large fellow" and that piano is just so good.

While Meta Knight's Revenge will always be Meta Knight's theme in my head, this is a worthy successor to that title; it's just pure unfiltered aura for the coolest character in the Kirby franchise. Yeah, Meta Knight is cool. Don't try to deny it. And someone so cool deserves a theme just as cool.
