I keep forgetting to mention this because I'm bad at self promo lol but we finally have a t-shirt for the #1 Slug of Mugs that won the big Sea Slug Silliness voting event from a while back! There are two versions, one with and one without text agalaxygallimaufry.com/products/sea... #seaslugs #art

Photo of a sample t shirt that I ordered. A colorful sea slug is surrounded by a sort of rainbow vaporwave style circle along with the text "Sea Slugs Need Hugs." The sample image is smaller than the one in the official design, which is 9 inches wide. The t shirt texture will look a bit smaller in relation to the official design. Some parts of the colors were altered slughtly but the general palette i the ame. This photo is mainly to show the texture.

Since I was talking about it in the last post here are some slug photos I took back in June. There were three big banana slugs all in the same spot in a redwood forest, chowing down on some yellow violets! First time I got to see banana slugs in person so I was very excited haha

Close up photo of a banana slug in a patch of yellow violets. It's finishing up eating one of the flowers

The same banana slug as the first photo before it had completely finished eating the yellow violet

So the reason I've been talking about the sea slugs and voting and etc is because the voting isn't over; we're trying to find the number 1 slug to crown "The Slug of Mugs" :p more on this alt but there will be an opportunity to vote on each matchup here on bluesky. Match 1 will be posted soon :)

A March Madness style voting bracket except all the participants are sea slugs...it's for Sea Slug Silliness! There are 8 matchups for round 3 and only 8 slugs will make it to the quarterfinals.

The winners of each round will be made into various things either for the Twitch stream and/or my art shop. The top 16 here will be part of an on-screen overlay animation, for example. The one slug to be crowned "The Slug of Mugs" will have it's own overlay animation plus be made into a t shirt and a mug.

There are 3 opportunities to vote in each matchup; here on Bluesky, on Discord, and in Twitch stories. If you'd like to join our Discord just DM me and I'll send you an invite link! :)
