he starts learning from the YLLZ's manuscripts. It shows him trying to help WN, sabotaging some of the experiments XY attempts, and washing the fierce corpse's face and hair. She sleeps at night amongst the children, helping to keep them warm. One night, the second youngest, a little girl, gets sick. Obviously the other three street kids can't get her medicine, but the apothecary's assistant takes pity on them and smuggles them a little tea that might help bring down

Had a cute/sad MDZS idea that when WWX's soul shatters, several of the ghosts that were fond of him actually took the pieces and carried them away to "hide" them from the cultivation world. It'd be a story where each chapter is one vessel and one part of WWX's core self. So, for example;

I feel like F+TM's Everybody Scream is a WWX song. But so are parts of One of the Greats too. But the first is just a rockstar WWX vibe. Him performing it at a concert, his long hair sticking to his face, fingers dancing down his double-necked guitar. Man I love Florence and the Machine so much.

Sometimes I really wonder what would have happened if WWX had completely backed off and left LWJ alone during the Cloud Recesses arc. Would LWJ have been upset or relieved? Also what if, when LWJ said in the Muxi cave that WWX was the kind of person he despised most, WWX went "ok so the guys that

"Such a handsome er-gege..." Lan Wangji's ears burn red hot as he swims away toward the infirmary. He's been called handsome many times before, but this particular time, it lands. The ears are still pink when he meets the head healer - she glances at them with a knowing smile. ----------

perhaps Wuxian is just lonely, but, as he fights sleep, he thinks the Second Prince of Lan is very handsome indeeed. Lan Wangji nods once when Wuxian fails to answer, then turns to leave. Just as he's sealing the door closed, he's almost certain he heard the Sea Witch mumble;
