There are no real women in refrigerators! Leo Tolstoy throws Anna Karenina under a train after destructive love. In literature, women and men die as a result of unhappy or unrequited love. Why do so many authors fail to imagine life after love? See the whole post: t.me/wwwreadingin...

Dan is a young philosophy teacher attempting to lead a discussion inspired by the Greek myth of Pandora, in which seven evils are released into the world. His students, however, are prisoners... What, then, is the place of hope? Is there any place for it left?

"Waiting For The Out" is an insightful television series. It's a powerful metaphor for those who refuse to fully live, who remain suspended in waiting: waiting for an exit, waiting for release, waiting for the “out” from the prisons we have built for ourselves out of fear, anxiety, and pain.

📚🤔Some interpretations suggest hope is a gift that allows humans to persevere through hardship. Others argue that hope can be a curse, prolonging suffering by keeping humans attached to an idealized future. What do you think?

The book I'm currently reading is "How to Read Literature Like a Professor" by Thomas C. Foster. 📚The book has given me many insights into how I read and what can be done to get the most out of your reading practice - insights I’d love to share.
