If you have to explain an imminent threat, you have lost the public already.

U.S.-Russian Peace Plan Would Force Ukraine to Cede Land and Cut Army If America truly believes in Peace through Strength, why would they come forward with a plan to reduce the Ukraine army. This is a recipe for disaster

A lot of government workers go unnoticed—until they’re gone. The problem with letting the ultra-rich call the shots is they don’t see us. To them, we’re disposable… until the day they need clean water, a working 911 line, or someone to put out the fire.

Until last week, Israel had blocked all food, fuel and medicine from entering the Gaza Strip for 80 days. Aid began to trickle into the territory this week, but humanitarian officials said it did little to alleviate the territory’s enormous needs.

Aid began to trickle into the territory this week. But there is never enough.

That’s how success and happiness looks like at the White House these days. Elon is in pure joy at his farewell party. Great day!

DOGE at its best! Great success for DOGE. 2 fraudulent payments of taxpayer dollars to scammers prevented. At least USD 2’000 stopped. Ok, the fraud is not close to 40% of all calls but 0.002%, but each case is too much. Money wasn’t saved, controlling costs over USD 10’000. But that’s no the goal.

No more dolls for Donnie. You didn’t vote for the liberal but rooted for the populist and finally got a communist! Well done!

Dear Americans, time to wake up. It was fun as long as it lasted, but you have to face reality. These people are total dumpsters. You deserve better and you do have so many better. Do yourself and all of us a favor and let them go. Stop all that lying and grandstanding and let’s just be real again.

What happened to the deportations? No news lately. I guess they screwed it up already. But don’t worry I have great ideas how you to catch more illegal immigrant, legal migrants, nasty citizens etc. So Let’s have a national “Turn your neighbor in” day. It’s DOGE proof, efficient and illegal.

Not everyone is mad about the tariffs. Swiss billionaire owing one of the largest PE-company in the world is explaining on TV that when tariffs go into effect his companies will raise prices in the US and increasing his EBITA performance to 28%. Life is not that bad for billionaires these days.

Nobody has ever done more to destroy trust in private defense companies than Elon. It’s time for European leaders to face the new challenge, don’t count on the US.

In the 2000s, US Republicans thought about the world in similar ways to Britons, Europeans, Canadians. This made for productive relationships regardless of who was in the White House. The moderating layers around Trump #1 masked the divergence, but with Trump #2 it’s glaring.

This is devastating. A dedicated park ranger, fired overnight, left wondering how to support his family. Public servants shouldn’t be political casualties. Our national parks and the people who protect them deserve better. #ProtectPublicService #NationalParks

Switzerland is reassessing buying 36 F35 fighter jets for 6bn CHF from the US. The decision was approved by a vote by the people with 50.1% in 2020. For sure that support dropped in the meantime. Can’t imagine many politicians coming out in support. I definitely won’t.

This is from Trumps favorite pollster. Americans know how to stand up against authoritarian dictators and strongly support security guarantees for Ukraine. Giving it up is no negotiation tactic but surrender. I expect more from the most stable genius.
