I just have lots of love for them and my heart is directly connected to my drawing hand~

Ah yeah by the way i am not american (thank god) and i have 0 clue abt the us uni culture. This is all extremely international-european. Assume they all speak french or something idk

Kodah is a dorm neighbor of Mipha and Sidon and she got kinda accidentally incorporated into the group. She does feel a bit like an outsider though. I actually have a whole buncha characters (the ritos, the gerudos etc) for this but they're all stuck in my paper sketchbook lol Maybe one day

Bazz & Link know each other from kendo class, and then Rivan and Gaddison are Bazz's roommates. Rivan has currently no grasp on his life and switches majors every year while Gaddison seems intent on getting the most of her gym membership.

The Zora siblings and Zelda are all kids of big political figures. Bazz's family has connections to the govt and the military. Link is presumably a student but no one can tell of what exactly. He can be found listening on most random lectures and does seemingly every sport. Hangs around Zelda a lot.

Zelda, Sidon & Bazz are victims of family pressure and had no choice in terms of their majors. Zelda&Sidon are classmates but Zelda struggles a lot with despite studying all the time. Mipha managed to free herself and go into medicine (and thus doomed Sidon to politics bc someone had to do it)

Bazz vs Laflat, aka what happens when the two very dedicated state servants have very different moral principles lol Gaddison doesn't have a horse in this race and is just kinda trailing along for the ride

I remain endlessly amused by Bazz having the most annoying crazy old man for a father. Dw seggin ily <3 Rivan is considerably less amused, what with being the one who has to be the soundboard for all the post-dad-hangout complain sessions.

I love how i can give him one single dot for the eye and yet you guys Get It Every Time

Gabe @gabelew.bsky.social · 07/02/2026

Rivans arms are sticks even for Zora standards, he never stood a chance. Gaddison and Bazz might at least last few seconds longer, but they’re wise enough to not even try lol I might post some more soon, its time to finly empty my 2025 zora folder to public~

Yeah sidlink is cool and all but Link being friends with the Zora guard??? Much more important😌 (Rivan's awfully confident for someone whos about to take on a guy who wrestles lynels for fun)

4/4 4. Bazz x desk, the most commonly occuring napping situation of the ones ive drawn here lol. He's working too much! Also he basically lives in the office full time anyway so whether he sleeps at the desk or on the couch doesn't make much difference. Rivan will intervene eventually nonetheless.

040

3/? 2. Big Bad Bazz Brigade at their peak, napping after a succesful raid on a crabful of a supply crate 3. Miphlink! And a secret tiny baby shark who wants to feel included. Teenagers chilling together. I think its the happiest Mipha ive ever drawn lol she just wants to hold her boy

280

2/? 1. Dorephan & Mipha & Tiny Baby Sidon - I imagine Dorephan was super protective of his kids especially early on when Sidon was a complete baby (and when he finally let them run around a bit more freely boom Mipha’s dead)

I completely forgot to show you guys the last installment of napping zora sketches!!!! This time it's pre-Calamity edition (plus Bazz)! My Thoughts in thread 1/?

210240

I bet it must be pretty damp tho

4. Bazz&Gaddison - they're extremely casually comfortable with each other, and with her theres no such thing as respectful distance. Bazz will just see her lounging around and join in by flopping on top with no explanation. She just accepts and then just shoves him off whenever she wants to get up.

070

3. Rivan&Bazz - Rivan has no shame most of the time and initiates the cuddle piles. When its just them two though, Bazz feels its more proper to keep a lil bit of respectful distance. He does enjoy Rivan naps a lot though.

170

2. Bazz&Sidon (teens) - the point about Sidon stands here also, hes absolutely going to cuddle nap with his friend if he can. Also they're just tired kids!!

160

1. Sidon&Link - Link doesnt care about his sleeping arrangements and is also comfortable with Sidon, so he lets him do whatever. Sidon meanwhile is kinda touch starved (zora are very touchy but him being royalty means he doesnt get much of that) so he's making the most he can off the opportunity.
