Snail update: two more snaibies (Snail babies) hatched today. I've named them Pickles and Snufkin. Also, Luigi (the oldest of the babies) has an almost fully opaque shell now (snails are born with transparent shells that become opaque as they get stronger)!!

In the current state of the world, I find myself working hard to resist that this is the way things have to be. I grew up praying the serenity prayer, but the emphasis was always on accepting the things I cannot change. I am no longer accepting what I've been told I cannot change.
