Patterson-McCormick Mansion at 20 E. Burton Place, built 1892 with 1921 addition by David Adler. The mansion, now divided into 9 condos, is clad in orange Roman brick, terra cotta trim, brown sandstone base & two-story gallery-style portico with doric and ionic columns and rectilinear corner piers.
