FWW is hiring non-union temporary organizers in place of union organizers to do equal WORK, but without the equal rights & protections as their teammates.

This isn’t right. We maintain that all staff doing union work should be in the union, & deserve the same rights under our contract.

🚨 CALL FOR SUPPORT! @foodandwater.bsky.social is hiring non-union temporary organizers to do the SAME WORK as their union teammates, but WITHOUT the same rights under our contract. At the bargaining table, FWWU has proposed several compromises to address this issue, but FWW management hasn’t budged.
