Tonight for dinner I made a Turkey Pot Pie. However, my preparations started yesterday, when I made the rough puff pastry from scratch. It would have been lovely if it had risen a little bit more, but it is delicious! I'm very happy with how it turned out ☺️

If I prepared an omelet with this much brown coloring on the Brunch line, I would be run out of the kitchen! However, considering this is my first successfully flipped omelet since my carpal tunnel surgery, I'm pretty pleased! Steak and Caramelized Onions omelet with fresh fruit.

Please be warned!!! These are pictures of my carpal tunnel surgery incisions, with the stitches in place. I'm excited because I finally get to shower today, for the first time in 3 days. However, I am trying to figure out the bruising on my wrists, not sure exactly what caused that
