@alolangengar.bsky.social Hey! Didn't know how else to reach you, just wanted to say I LOVE your Susie voice in Melts' "Got anything sharp?" and "Tryhard" animations you featured in!! It's not just a great performance, I love how your voice incorporates Susie's edge and sounds teen-like!! Great job!

This question comes from ignorance and trying to understand: when actors are striking like this, what work are they supposed to find to keep food on the table? Are we talking other auditions, or are they expected to basically move on to completely different work for a time (i.e. waiting tables)?

This is SO exciting 😭🤩🤩

Will there be a VOD up on youtube? I'd hate not to have this stream when it gets deleted! 😢

I like that movie too! It never truly stuck with me in any particular way though, what did you personally find in it that made you like it so much?

000

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 14/02/2025

Scott why would you trigger me, I thought this was a safe space

000

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 11/02/2025

I'm looking at this and I'm like: "There's no way this is actual fucking reality"...

Always so awesome to see you in collabs!!

I THINK IT WOULD BE WHY YES GOOD SIR, YES.

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 05/02/2025

Thank you for the analysis!! I actually feel like this thread could have been a whole video lol

I think what I really liked about it was that, normally in movies about abuse there's one abuser and one victim, whereas this movie paints a picture of a two-way abuse - albeit batshit insane. It's interesting, if nothing else! And I did find the two protagonists' dynamic to be fun to analyse!

This is SUPER interesting! This is something I've been wondering about ever since I was a kid and for whatever reason I never bothered to document myself, it's SO awesome to have closure on the "SSJ" nomenclature!

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 30/01/2025

Do you find failure to be "comfortable"? As in, a place you know and are familiar with, and success leaves you feeling disoriented? I think I feel that way sometimes.

Oh my God this is SO cool 😭😭😭. Pikachu's expressions look so adorable!!

I hope I'm overreacting but... everything's about to be SO fucked because of GenAI...

core memory unlocked HOLY shit

These are legitimately funny enough that it's distracting me from the existential crisis of AI being shoved down every internet user's throat until its use becomes normalized enough that nobody knows how to actually *do* anything anymore. Oh, nope, there it is again.

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 05/01/2025

That's awesome, Josh!! Have fun!

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 02/01/2025

You're close!! Try making the ears shorter and with a thicker base, the tail much smaller as well, and the arms a bit shorter. For fatchu to feel "fat", his appendages should not be comparable to his body in size; they should be smaller so his body looks that much fatter lol. It's all perspective!

Damn.... Normally I'm like "Oh that's alright, take a break!", but this hurts. See you next year, I guess 😔

I'm sorry, Tom! I know it sucks right now, but at least it's only for a little while! Merry Christmas! 🎄

Yooo super excited to see you playing some Mario Party!! I wish creators collabbed with each other to play party games like Mario Party more, it's super fun seeing how y'all are outside of your "video essay" bubble! Also...I just crave more Mario Party content from people I like lol

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 08/12/2024

I mean...you'll never convince me they're "secret masterpieces" or anything. My opinion is that they *are* pretty cool, like a decent 7 at most considering the story, characters, worldbuilding, and novel take on the gyms - but I'd never ever replay them. I wouldn't say they're forgettable, at least!

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 06/12/2024

I set up an alarm for half an hour earlier than I need to get up, so I can get the "Come ooon, 5 more minutes!" out of my system, and when the second alarm rings I can get up a little less groggy

000

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 03/12/2024

Holy shit, that's incredible! What do you think was the secret to getting their foot in the door, and then actually getting them the job (even though you're obviously not responsible for their performance in the actual interview)?

000

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 30/11/2024

Yeah...it's frustrating how I just don't learn, either... I try and get up early, but that only gets me tired because I end up going back to sleep and my sleep quality is now out the window. Then I complain I'm always tired...its because I try and force getting up "early". I should just let me sleep

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 16/11/2024

I mean I was EXTREMELY happy with the story and characters! I really loved everybody and their little dynamic 😭😭, more so than I'd had with any other previous entry!!

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 16/11/2024

Answer the call, Josh! You're a talented man, indulge your creative side! This audiobook idea reminds me of those times you'd act as narrator during The Yawgh runs...good times 🥲.

Stretching is wildly underrated!

000

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 24/10/2024

For as good as SH2 remake was, and how cool a SH1 remake would be, I feel like SH3 would need to be reimagined a bit; its tone feels like so emblematic of the early 2000s! A SH3 with the same music and Heather characterization in 202X would feel off to me. SH3 proper could never be "remade".

fuzen.bsky.social @fuzen.bsky.social · 24/10/2024

Why would you watch it 😭😭
