All these actions are highly unrealistic. I'd give a 25% chance, at best, in which case it will be 50%+ likely that we are going to see a MAJOR AI incident (global IT systems meltdown, extreme financial market manipulation followed by crashes, energy grid shutdowns etc) within the next 12 months.
