I worry you may be creating sanitized symbols of action that have been totally commodified into content for apps and stripped of any true revelatory power by the nature of tech. Rhetoric and imagery that is genuinely dangerous to tech power can’t survive as the commercial product it becomes online.

My dad did a bunch of work for Dave and Busters when I was growing up. He has a custom all black Dave and Buster’s leather jacket that was gifted to him personally by Buster. It’s one of his prized possessions.

Yes we are the bad guys. The joyful woman of color helped enable one of the most horrific acts of state violence in the twenty first century. Most Americans are only concerned with gaining equity in real estate. We are a highly armed real estate speculation community.
