Here’s another, though I can’t find the preceding page that makes clear it was a hyperspace ram specfically

My favorite one of these is this illustration of a chameleon, which was clearly done by a person who was told that it can change color but not what it looked like so he just drew a horse

Of the major eastern swing states (PA, MI, WI, NC, GA) the only place that swung more towards Trump than the national average was MI (for obvious reasons), while the rest were notably +D relative to the nation. Meanwhile the large safe states (NY, CA, TX, FL) saw massive +R swings

This is actually the opposite of what generic ballot polling has shown; it may reverse in the future but the gap has been widening overall

There’s a very famous poem written to show how impossible it would be to write Chinese exclusively through phonemes

It’s based on an old illustration made by someone who wasn’t there misinterpreting the account of a survivor. It took a description of the superstructure buckling upwards at the point of the break and drew it as the entire other half of the ship pivoting upwards

Basically the idea is that the ship didn’t angle down into the water before breaking but instead stayed level until the hull broke at which point both bow and stern pointed up before sinking You may notice that there is no evidence for this and also it makes approximately negative sense
