Fountains from @theop.games has rapidly earned a spot in our board game night rotation. Really neat mechanics, very pretty, and most importantly super fun to play. I like that there are multiple viable strategies, & even when far behind you can come back to win. 5/5, do recommend #BoardGames
Product shot of the box cover for the board game "Fountains". The title is displayed at the top in large, teal, stylized lettering. The central illustration features an ornate, multi-tiered classical fountain flowing with vibrant turquoise water. Inside the fountain pools are floating lily pads and various colored koi fish (orange, white, and black). The creators "Kedric Winks" and "Shaun Ellis" are credited in the bottom-left corner, and "The Op Games" logo is in the bottom-right. Illustrated koi fish and circular pond tiles with lily pads dynamically accent the space outside the box frame.

We need your eyes, fellow players and creators Here’s art for the REVENANT card in Creatures of Darkness, we’re between these two compositions Which do you think has a better vibe for “spiritual creature that possesses corpses”? We value your critical design opinions
Side-by-side comparison of two design versions for a tabletop game card from Falling Up Stairs Games. The card is titled "REVENANT" with a large number 4 icon in the top left. The flavor text reads: "A spirit who reanimates a corpse, seeking to kill the living."

The card gameplay text reads:
"Action: Take any Corporeal or Undead Card from the Graveyard AND perform their Action."
"IF Survived: Place in the Survivor Deck, Kill the Taken Card AND Draw 2 from the Draw Deck."

The two versions feature different illustrations of the same green-eyed, dark-haired creature:

Left Version: The creature is in a low, predatory crouch, glaring intensely forward with claws planted on the ground.

Right Version: The creature is more upright, viewed from the waist up, raising one long-clawed hand high in the air while reaching forward with the other.

Board game design question time! This is in-game currency for my hot pot game. Think I need to make the coins bigger, 2-sided, & add detail, but overall I’m liking these. What details would you add, & how big should they be? Also, one color for all denominations? Or 3 different? #BoardGameDesign
