In order to DM you have to go to your DMs and create a new chat, then add the account. It's annoying that BlueSky hides the DM option for labelers. I went ahead and removed the label for you!

Just fixed a MASSIVE issue causing the application of labels to break completely. I've gone back through notifications and audited the past month of updates manually so all labels that haven't been applied should now appear for you. Please DM if your labels aren't right and I can get them fixed!

There was a massive issue on the server this past week which caused the labeler's automation to fail. It's back up and running, but if you've liked/unliked posts to update your labels in the past week, PLEASE confirm your labels are what you expect. DM if they are wrong and I will fix them manually

Quick update since it's been a while: - Automation has been much more stable. I ironed out the last of the major issues a while back and it's been smooth sailing. - Because it's stable now, I'm going to look into adding more options that have been suggested over the months. (1/2)

Performed some maintenance on the labeler this morning and the bot is in the process of catching up. Currently about 13 hours behind, but I'm hoping this maintenance fixed the issues causing the bot to break down. Should have more stable performance now, but will continue to monitor!

There was an issue with the Ozone instance that was brought to my attention this morning that caused labels that the instance successfully removed to remain on a user's profile. I gave the entire instance a reboot and cache wipe, so things should now be behaving properly again.

(i.e. the restrictions) The firehose only stores cursors up to 24 hours behind present. This means that if the labeler falls behind by more than 24 hours, upon reboot it's forced to jump back to 24 hours behind. i.e. if the labeler was 3 days behind, upon reboot it jumps up to the 24 hour mark ---
