I mean, if you're an Int-Faith build, probably the best spirit ash is going to be mimic (I know cop out answer) Carian knight sword for the Master Sword, Blue-Gold Kite Sheild for the Hydilen Shield (No Skill so the mimic will use Carian Grandure) and armour to taste.
