Decided to make a MLP/beastkin inspired high fantasy isekai, too. No one will be prepared for what happens next. Purely for fun; not profit! However, thanks to magic, griffins, kirins, and the Equestria Girls movies existing...and an in-canon demon lord..!! A MLP:FiM isekai wouldn't be a stretch.

Still technically open despite the slow updates and no customers. The problem is that there's a lack of materials and funds. Start up is expensive! Had a thought for a local non profit as well. Would definitely need investors and sponsors and connections for that to work. Unrelated to arts/crafts.

Got the leaf, egg, custom Therian symbol done. Working on the mug, mushroom and tree next. Then the fox head, which will be Iri (my business mascot) and therefore take the most time and attention. Need to redo the design for the sourdough bread. Make sure it looks like sourdough, not french bread.

Decided to make myself a string of leaves and flowers to hang up. Maybe a few mushrooms. Foxes. Bread. Mugs. Etc... Painted paper with invisible thread and tape. Maybe it's silly. Maybe it won't be art gallery worthy. But it'll make me happy. I'll put up my own artwork on my own fridge this year!

Updates are gonna be slow for more than poor health reasons from now on. Been open since January. Not a single customer to speak of. I'm gonna take a break to make art for myself...and to get into a workout routine. Yup. That's right. I joined a gym. Gonna get toned. Build muscles AND confidence.

Wondering if anyone would like Digimon merch? Specifically Time Stranger. That's the kick I'm currently on. Also see: Dragon Quest 1&2 HD remakes; Monster Hunter Stories 2 & 3. And PalWorld. Kinda? Getting into more monster based RPGs these days. Instead of the farming sims I'm somewhat known for.

Think its time I start learning how to make fur masks and suits. I'm inspired by what I see. I want to try my paw at it. Mostly the holdup is financial and lack of a faux fur supplier. Once I figure both of these out, I can get started on what I REALLY want to make. The endgoal was always suits.

I could keep making plans/ideas for this silly game I made for Miis, but if I don't stop now, I'll end up falling down an inescapable rabbit hole. I have mild color blindness and dyslexia. I can't possibly program games myself. That and I'm not sure people would truly be interested in the concept.

I spent FAR too much time on this silly platform video game concept. Calling it Jewel Jam. Something about going on a journey, fighting monsters, as a monster. Goal is to collect gems and gold coins. The villain wants to permanently fuse them. (You'd never guess this was for #TomodachiLife, huh?)

Apparently the flour, salt and water I used to make clay can also be heated to make flour paste (glue alternative)...AND PAINT??? Guess I know what I'm doing this week! Trying to perfect homemade paint recipes. This way I can open up more product options while keeping costs low and reducing waste!

Jokes ultimately on me because I'll have to make not one, but TWO versions of Iri's fursuit when I finally get my paws on enough materials. He's a snowfox mix. Naturally he'll have an almost entirely white form for the winter months. His usual dark grey is supposed to represent the alt coat stage.

I know I've always loved 3D crafts. I never believed I'd be good at painting. That fear held me back. Painting is a lot of fun, furfolk!! Even if you're not confident in your abilities; that's part of the fun. Sometimes intentionally making bad art is freeing - and cathartic. Also a good warmup!

Vent painting I made for myself. As a way to practice with diluted acrylic paint. Learned a lot and I see areas I could improve upon. Simple printer paper, acrylic, and a layered/tie dye-ish look. Reminds me I want to learn calligraphy at some point. Bubble "K" is hard, furfolk. I'll practice more.

Considering making my smaller clay projects into magnets and pins. I'm worried about them breaking, however. Coats of paint adds moisture; breaks part of the clay down again. Might need to experiment with food coloring/have the colors mixed in from the clay side first. See if they hold up better.
