my funny imp jester guy harley. he's a mischievous half-demon half-human trickster and prankster who loves blowing up other people (and himself). he also adheres to cartoon physics

harley, a fat stout human-demon with fluffy black hair, demon horns, lower legs, tail, and wearing a dark red jester outfit
also pictured is his trusty bike pump which he loves very very very much. him and the pump both apply to cartoon physics (e.x. nozzle can lock in place, he can be flattened, rolled out like a carpet, inflate and deflate like a balloon etc. etc.)
