-The main issue with it just comes from the fact that when I'm getting like 50 dms from multiple different people, you just physically cannot sit there and respond to everyone as much as I'd like to. Which ofc makes me forget about the other people, coupled with stuff like work and gaming-

Anything works honestly, the more obscure/reality detaching it is the better. Imagine some creepy but oddly comforting entity that simply manifests itself specifically to give you an escape from life, stress and judgement. Like an imaginary friend of sorts almost except very real and malleable
